    Stuart Robinson's been killing it at Invictus, club and Team GB level since he tried 'Murderball' for the first time Five years ago. His next target? The Paralympic Games in 2020...   • First All-Blesma Team Prepares for the 'Race Across America'

    After a long and comprehensive selection process, 18 Members have been chosen from more than 60 applicants to represent Blesma in Race Across America. The team will attempt to ride 3,000 miles between the USA's Pacific and Atlantic coasts. Along the way, they will cross 12 states, climb the Rockies and Appalachians, and take on scorching deserts where temperatures can reach 45 degrees Celcius.   • Bill Gillet, Netra Rana and Andy Reid join list of Blesma MBE's

    November 2019 has been an impressive month for MBE's, as the prestigious honour has been conferred on two Members and a former Blesma Support Officer.  Bill Gillet  Former Blesma Support Officer Major (Retd) Bill Gillet has been awarded an MBE for his service to Veterans. Having served in 3 Commando Brigade, 5 Airborne Brigade, and 16 Air Assault Brigade, Bill then worked as a BSO for 16 years, helping to provide vital support and advice to limbless and injured veterans, as well as their families.

    Blesma Members set to ‘connect’ with new app Blesma is putting the finishing touches to a new system that will energise communication and engagement between the Association and its Members. Blesma Connects is an app that can be tailored to each Member’s interests and needs. It will go live at the start of 2020 and will open up new routes to everything from medical information and grants, to national Blesma events and local meetings.
