Blesma is delighted to be awarded total funding of £100,000 from the Julia Rausing Trust, to support the welfare and wellbeing programme for Blesma Members UK-wide.
Over the next three years, this funding will enable limbless and injured veterans and their families to access much needed mobility equipment, disability aids, emergency personal alarms and home/garden maintenance and adaptations as well as other support services. This help is provided with wrap around support from Blesma Support Officers to ensure limbless and injured veterans can continue to live independently, with access to their communities and local support networks.
