BAE Systems, suppliers of advanced, technology-led defence, aerospace and security solutions, has supported Blesma since 2007 and raising more than £56,000 for our wounded veterans.
We are delighted to have been chosen by BAE staff as the Charity for the Year for 2017 and 2018 at both the Warton and Samlesbury sites.
On Friday 21 April 2017 more than 260 people and quite a few dogs took part in the BAE Site to Site Walk. Employees took on the 17 mile walk, with each group walking from their work site to the other site, helping to raise money for Blesma. Each paid £12 to enter and many raised additional sponsorship.
