    Gregg Stevenson has devised a weekly home workout especially for his fellow Members, to help us keep our mind and bodies healthy during lock-down. "My name is Gregg and I am a Blesma Member that works at SMRC Preston (the prosthetics centre gym).     With almost 200 Members scattered across 8,000 square miles, it is little wonder that Blesma Support Officer Tom Hall and Outreach Officer Jason Suller are getting to know the delights and frustrations of the Welsh road networks.     Blesma Member and acclaimed writer Noel Harrower has been included in an anthology of poetry created by veterans, for his poem, ‘The Blitz – in retrospect’. In 2019, Oxford Brookes Poetry Centre began a series of poetry workshops for US and UK military veterans.
