    The NHS want to hear people’s views about mental and physical health services for veterans in EnglandNHS England and NHS Improvement has launched a survey to find out people’s views and experiences of veterans mental and physical health services. The information gathered will be used to help inform the development and provision of these services in the future.   • Serving Captain who was nearly paralysed is now set to break Beeline Britain record for Blesma.

    Captain George Bromley, 36, broke his neck following a horrific military Rugby accident in 2019. The incident fractured his cervical vertebrae and damaged his discs, which led to the temporary loss of use of his left arm. The incident could have left him permanently paralysed. Now he is determined to be the first person to complete a beeline route from Lands End to John O’Groats – solo. He will be completing this gruelling solo challenge without the use of a support vehicle, which means he will have to carry all of his equipment himself for the entire length o

  • JWPM Sponsored Match a Scottish Success!

    John White, the Managing director of JWPM is a Royal Engineers and Intelligence Corps veteran who served for 12 years.  He met with Outreach Scotland in May 2021 and, after being told about the services Blesma offers its Members,agreed to commit more than £10,000 to support specialised activities in 2021, including sponsoring a corporate box at Murrayfield Stadium for a rugby match and funding the Christmas lunches.
