    The start of a new year is often a time when we look forward to what we will be doing once the days last longer and start to get warmer. It is also a time when many set themselves new goals or targets. Much is made of New Year resolutions but many are forgotten by the time we get to February. Many of you will have bought a 2021 diary or been gifted one and I have a suggestion for how you can make use of that diary to help you through the year.   • Blesma support Winter Paralympian and amputee veteran Owen Pick

    Blesma recently supported Winter Paralympian Owen Pick after he was unable to work and fund his snowboarding gear for the season. The charity provided Owen with a grant to help him purchase a new snowboard and some kit so he could train towards his 2022 Winter Paralympics bid.

  • Blesma joins amputee charity group to mark #LimbLoss&LimbDifferenceAwarenessMonth

    Together We Can Do More! Blesma has joined with a consortium of UK charities working to support amputees and children, young people and adults with limb loss or difference, to mark Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness month this April. Our objective for this month-long campaign is to empower and connect with people with limb loss and limb difference across our shared community to reduce isolation and loneliness.
