The diversity and quality of pictures taken by members this year showcases their creative side perfectly and continues to motivate interest in the wider world.   • Veterans Trauma Network

    Wounded military veterans are in line for better medical treatment for their complex injuries thanks to a campaign featuring Blesma. The Veterans Trauma Network (VTN) was officially given the go ahead this week to improve continuing treatment for discharged military personnel. It provides access to a regional network of ten NHS Veteran Trauma Centres where NHS and military experts in trauma can provide targeted clinical plans to a cohort of patients that has struggled within the existing system.   • Blesma Community Programme nominated for a Millie Award 2017

    Blesma, the limbless veterans are pleased to announced that the Blesma Community Programme has been nominated for a Millie Award 2017. This year, Blesma worked alongside the Drive Project to introduce a new skillset to Members who have battled and overcome adversity. The programme taught Members to deliver their story in a professional and engaging way. It was taught by theatre industry professionals over a 5-day course. The Blesma Community Programme has been nominated in The Sun Military Awards “Support to our Forces” category.
