The Minister for Veterans Affairs Leo Docherty has advised all Veterans not to travel to Ukraine in an attempt to join in the fighting.
Although well meaning, these attempts are likely to put additional strain on Ukraine’s already limited resources - and could even lead to prosecution. His letter can viewed here.
