Applications to join the Award-Winning 2022 Making Generation R programme are now open!
Your fellow Blesma Members have already inspired over 125,000 young people, key workers and military communities with their incredible stories of overcoming adversity - now it’s time for you to get involved!
There's only one week left for Blesma Members to apply to take part in the 2021/22 programme!
To join the programme, or wish to find out more, please register your interest at: aelocal@blesma.org by Friday 5th November. All we need to know is your name and email address with the subject "Making Generation R"
I think it has a massive impact on the lives of young people but it also has a massive impact on the people that are delivering - the veterans themselves. To me it’s a win-win.

What is Making Generation R?
Since 2016, we’ve worked with 94 Blesma Members who have been interested in developing their storytelling and public speaking skills, and together with Storytelling professionals, trained them to create and deliver an engaging personal story.
Once you’ve gone through our training programme, you may be given the opportunity to share your stories with young people aged 11-18 in schools, universities, youth groups, as well as Frontline Workers and adult military communities as part of a Resilience Workshop. Workshops will be delivered both online and in person between February – July 2022. All workshops are supported by a MGR professional facilitator.
Our team will work with everyone to determine if and when you may be ready to share your story with these various audiences.
