West End play rounds off successful week for Blesma Members and supporters

As we look forward to the Bank Holiday and well-earned break here at Blesma Chadwell Heath, we reflect on what’s been a very successful week across a variety of events. Last weekend saw 23 Team Blesma runners at the Virgin London Marathon. It was an excellent effort all-round with every team member completing the 26.2 mile course ably supported by friends, family and members of staff from Chadwell Heath. Blesma, The Limbless Veterans is looking for volunteers to assist with collecting donations at major London stations during the annual fundraising initiative ‘Blesma Week’. Blesma Member Steve Gill is hoping to be selected for Great Britain’s archery team at the Paralympic Games in Rio later this year. We catch up with him on his progress....
