About the Session

During this virtual session, Philip Sheridan (Founder of Discover Tai Chi), will explore what balance is and how it can be improved. In advance of the session, attendees will be invited to ask any specific questions they may have around this topic, to enable Phil to prepare his answers and respond to them the best he can.

To ensure this hour session is beneficial and relevant for our Members, it will be strictly limited to ten participants. This will allow time for discussion and any other questions that may arise during.

Following the session, attendees will be asked for their feedback, with the potential to run another session which would focus on integrating strength, balance, and stability into their everyday lives.
