About the Session
Too many of us hurtle into midlife finding the food we have always loved no longer loves us back! From bloating to reflux and unwanted weight gain, this life stage is an opportunity to learn about the potential of food to support your hormones. Using the latest science into the impact menopause has on our metabolic rate, we explore the foods, herbs and practices to nourish your body and mind and address head on concerns around heart health, bone density, weight management and energy levels.

All Blesma Female Veterans - there is however, a limit of 50 participants.
