We're thrilled to share details of a BA Flying Experience Day organised by The CASEVAC Club. Blesma has kindly been offered spaces for a limited number of our Members to attend this exciting event.
A chance to set sail and discover the variety of the Med - one of the world's best sailing destinations.
Anyone can apply but you must be physically fit and a confident swimmer in open water. The boat is not wheelchair accessible and Members must be able to move around with minimal assistance on a 40ft non-adapted boat. Members must state if they are unable to swim in their application
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater and explore the world beneath the waves? If so, this introductory diving session may be just the thing for you. It will provide you with opportunity to learn to dive with experienced instructors in the safety of dive pools whilst working towards your PADI qualifications.
Available to all but subject to medical clearance.
Ride western through the horse country of the UK. Spend three full days discovering all things cowboy and horsemanship.
Applicants must have a level of fitness that allows them to ride horses everyday and have been to an intro to horsing event or have history of being with horses.
The aim of the event is to engage with other Members and their families and allow you to share in some of the friendships our Members enjoy whilst being in the great outdoors.
Any member with a family of between two and five members (eg. Member + up to 4 others)
Cycle with the Wounded Warriors around New York for 3 days, ending with a huge celebration!
Anyone who can use some form of adaptive bike. These will be supplied by the Wounded Warrior Project. Please note: temperatures will be hot and you will be expected to cycle more than 70 miles in three days.
Making a good impression in the room, both online and in real life, is important and sometimes nerves can get in the way. In this session you will have insight in how to present in an authentic and powerful way.
Members, spouses/partners and carers
Based at one of the prestigious Warner hotels, the week focuses on relaxing and socialising, with the added bonus of gentle activities and sightseeing in and around Warwickshire.
Seniors' Weeks are open to Members and Widow(er)s over the age of 60.
