Blesma has been asked to measure the impact of taking part in the Outreach programme. We are therefore now requesting that you take part in this survey.
Working in association with the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale, the survey will simply help us to understand and measure if our Outreach Programme has had any influence on your wellbeing.
