About the Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge 2026

Great challenges need great settings, and up to 2,000 adventurers will tackle the Isle of Wight’s stunning  coastal path over the bank holiday weekend. Take it on at your pace as a walk, jog, or run.

It’s along the spectacular southern cliffs, past the Needles, and up to historic Cowes.  For Full Island challengers it’s on to Ventnor, and back to our welcome basecamp in Chale after an epic journey!

With distance options ranging from the full 106km, down to the ‘Medina 10 mile’ – there’s an Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge for everyone!

Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge distances and fees  

 • Full Challenge - 100km

£50 reg fee + £575 in fundraising

 • 3/4 Challenge - 75km

£45 reg fee + £475 fundraising

 • Half Challenge - 50km 

£40 reg fee + £375 in fundraising 

 • Quarter Challenge - 25km

£30 reg fee + £275 in fundraising

 • 10 Km Challenge

£20 reg fee + £100 fundraising

Option 2 - mixed funding for charity 

You can also sign up using a mixed charity sponsorship option. With this option you pay for half your place cost & fundraise less for Blesma.

There are a lot of camping options and  hospitality & welfare services

Will I get support prior to challenge?

You will get Blesma fundraing pack, funraising support and training plans designed for you to hit your goal!

Will I be supported during the challenge?

Rest stops are located approximately every 12.5 km, with larger “major” rest stops every 25 km. Expect marquee cover, medical and welfare teams, catering services, clean toilets, seating areas, supporter zones, baggage transfer options, and a warm, friendly welcome at each stop.
