Known as one of the quickest marathon courses in the UK, it gives runners a real chance of achieving a new personal best.
In 2012, the Edinburgh Marathon earned a place among the world’s top road races when it became the first Scottish marathon to receive official recognition from the IAAF. This prestigious bronze label places the event within the global top 75, underscoring its importance for competitive and recreational runners alike.
Registration and Fundraising
There is a registration fee of £50 and a minimum fundraising requirement of £600.
