Brentwood Festival organisers back with a ‘mini-festival’ in support of Blesma

The fundraisers who brought us the fantastic Brentwood Festival in July, Jason and Karen Jopson, are continuing their support of Blesma with another weekend packed full of food, fun and music for all the family.

Over the weekend of the 28th to 30th October, The White Horse Pub in Brentwood will be hosting ‘The White Horse Beer, Sausage and Cider Festival’ at their premises on Coxtie Green Road with some of the acts who featured at the main festival earlier this year. The festival will once again be raising money and awareness for Blesma.

Blesma is a fantastic charity and we are pleased to have been able to support them throughout 2016. We look forward to bringing some of the favourite bands from the Brentwood Festival back together for a rock ‘n roll fundraiser at the end of October.

Jason Jopson, Director of the Brentwood Festival and owner of The White Horse

The festival will kick off on Friday 28th October, headlined by Archive with free entry. Tickets for the weekend are £10 per evening with Missing Andy and Exposé headlining Saturday and Sunday respectively. Tickets will be available to purchase on the door.

We are delighted that Jason and Karen, together with their brilliant staff, are continuing their support of Blesma and we are very happy to be able to enjoy the great acts from the summer festival once again.

Barbara Warner, Associate Director of Fundraising at Blesma

Blesma, The Limbless Veterans is the national charity for all limbless service men and women, their widows and dependants. It was formed in the years following the First World War and became a national charity in 1932.
