Would you benefit from a Blesma break?

Did you know that Blesma can help you plan the perfect break?

We know that taking a break from our usual routine, even for a couple of days, can do wonders for our wellbeing. However, we appreciate that some Members might feel unable to take a break due to concerns about accessibility, the logistics of travelling or the cost.

If you feel that you would benefit from a short break, but have difficulty in finding somewhere that can provide you with the specialist support you might need whilst you’re away, or you feel that it would be unaffordable, Blesma may be able to help.  Perhaps you and your partner might benefit from a break, or you feel that a break as a family may be beneficial; whatever your situation Blesma may be able to help.

We also understand that sometimes partners and carers need breaks too.  Blesma may be able to support you with this, including helping you arrange care for your loved one while you are away.

If you feel you would like to find out more about the Blesma Break criteria, please contact your BSO.
