Blesma are delighted to be joined at the exciting Nuclear Rush Challenge 2015 by the Always with a Smile Foundation, as they launch their campaign 'Mud is My Make Up'.
Always with a Smile (AWAS) was founded by entrepreneur and fundraiser Joel Hicks (pictured above with the AWAS team), and exists to raise awareness and funds for good causes, inspire and motivate people to do something they have never before considered, and to make the world a happier place.
Since the launch of the foundation in 2006, Joel and his team of volunteers have participated in hundreds of events - from bog snorkelling, to 'wife carrying', and coal carrying - and have helped to raise thousands of pounds for charities around the UK.
Joining Joel at 12:30pm on Saturday 16 May for Nuclear Rush in aid of Blesma, will be a team of female models who will be ditching the make up for the day and embracing the mud and obstacles.
Francesca Chiorando who will be leading the charge said,"Mud is My Make Up was started originally as a way for me to share information and opinions and to document my awesomely average exploits in the muddy world of OCR (Obstacle Course Racing!) I am working hard on introducing new people to OCR: through setting up teams for female only events, or working alongside Joel at Always With A Smile to get people together, to have fun and get muddy. We are delighted to be supporting Blesma on this incredible challenge!"
