About the Session
Reported to be the most debilitating symptom of menopause in the workplace, brain fog or impaired cognitive function can lead to imposter syndrome, anxiety – and, if not addressed head on, too many talented people leaving the workforce in menopause. In this Masterclass we explore why brain fog and anxiety happens and the tools and practices you can introduce to continue to thrive.
