About the Session

Mindfulness helps us to pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judgment, or believing there's a 'right' or 'wrong' way to think or feel in a certain moment. Practicing mindfulness allows our thoughts to tune into what we're sensing in the present moment, rather than reflecting on the past or imagining the future. 

Led by wellbeing speaker and consultant Fabienne, she will teach you the benefits of mindfulness and the tools and techniques to implement it into your life.

Time: 6pm (for approx. 1 hour)
Location: virtual session taking place via Zoom
