Blesma and Ukrainian Limbless Veterans working together

Several Blesma Members have spent time with wounded Ukrainian soldiers to share their experiences of life with limb loss. The conversations were recorded and turned into powerful stories.

This project is an opportunity for conversations and stories to be shared between injured UK veterans and injured Ukrainian service personnel to support each other through recovery.

This is a space for individuals to listen, to be curious, to be open and to learn from each other.  Every story has value and this project is about sharing lived experiences to raise awareness of living with limb loss and disability and to share ideas on self motivation.
