Laura Blair – Bio-Centrica

Laura is Head of Talent Pathways for Military & Athletes at Centrica. She leads initiatives to engage this sought-after and diverse talent base, allowing them to build rewarding careers within the business.

Her previous career spans various leadership roles, including COO of the Forces Employment Charity, Head of People & Culture at Maynard Leigh Associates, and Director of Employment, Officers' Association. Laura is a former Army Officer and deployed to various locations including Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. She left military service in 2012; her last appointment was SO2 SPS, 16 Air Assault Brigade. She’s also a qualified teacher, reaching Assistant Principal at Cooper’s School, Chislehurst.
