Yoga helps to improve physical and mental health and this series of six workshops will focus on seated activities as well as breathing techniques.
Members who have little mobility will still be able to participate in the breathing techniques and meditations. These hourly sessions have been a great success previously, and Members who have taken part have requested for this course to continue for another six weeks.
The sessions will be run by Frances Fullerton, Teacher Frances trained in Vikasa Yoga in Thailand and the ethos is that people only do what they are comfortable with and Frances can modify positions to suit individuals.
